I love this product along with the happy tummy, I have been taking them both now for about 3 months and my next order just arrived today. I take 1 of each in the morning and 1 of each in the evening. This works for me and gets me through the day and night. There was a day I forgot my morning ones and did I suffer, and it took a few days to get back on track again. I now carry some spares with me, in case I miss taking them. I am calm and together, my thoughts and mind are clear and focused. I feel happier and have energy again. My body aches have gone and to sum it up all my menopause symptoms have gone. Thank you for your amazing products. So pleased I found something that works for me.

Firstly the service and advice received is the best, knowledge and understanding is outstanding. I have been using this product for over a year now, I have very fine hair, and I suffer Alopecia Areata so I very regularly lose large tennis ball patches, since using this I’ve not had any bald patches at all!!! I have also put my son onto these as he is in his late teens and has suffered some hair loss due to being unwell, too soon to give an update on his situation, but I asked the wonderful team if I should allow him to try and they assured me that it would do no harm and hopefully only good and he was more than happy to give them a go even though they are targeted for us menopausal ladies.
