Shake it off is amazing
Thank you, the shake it off system has worked well for me. I went to my Doctor with a health concern and he agreed for me to change my diet and return in one month. It Worked Well!!!!
8 weeks Shaking it Off done and dusted. I am so happy with my own personal results from being on this journey. Let me start with the non-scale victories… looser clothes, no indigestion, cholesterol levels in the good zone. Now the weight loss… 4kgs gone for good, 36cm off all over. This journey was easy, I still had some treats but the system and recipe ideas were so easy to follow. I have found some wonderful new healthy treats and meals. I am exercising more. .the change is good and manageable. For anyone thinking about starting this I would say go for it, what have you got to lose? (Apart from weight). Definitely working
I've been taking this for approximately 6 weeks now. Its definitely working for me, I'm feeling fuller all day, so eating less and don't have any cravings for sugary foods anymore. Also the great thing is my weight is slowly but surely coming off. Im definitely going to keep taking shake it off, it's actually working! Im also taking the happy go tummy as well, which helps with my bloating and digestive system, they work great together.So pleased I found menome, it's been a life saver though menopause.

Something is changing for the better
I've been using the Shake it off system for about a month. Not the best time of the year for trying this as it's my birthday month, with lots of treats. However something is changing for the better. Bowel movements are happening (yay). I'm managing the food ratios ok, still lots to learn there, but I was thinking this morning, my tummy is looking less. Early days for me, but I'm happy. Definitely worth trying.

I'm two weeks in and the two things I've noticed is my appetite seems to have been curbed and the need to go to the bathroom more regularly would suggest my metabolism has sped up?!

I was going to wait my 8 weeks to write this review, but I am loving this product so much I thought I'd write a review now. I'm nearly 2 weeks in, taking the capsules and following the shake it off system meal plan guide. These capsules honestly work, I feel so full for the entire day. My meals have definitely changed for the better and I don't need as much on my plate. The system is fantastic with so many great meal ideas. . I honestly thought it would be a struggle but it has proved me wrong! I definitely recommend this, and I cannot wait to see even more results in another 6 weeks.

This is the time when menstruation is well and truly over, the ovaries have stopped producing high levels of sex hormones and for many ladies, perimenopause symptoms subside.

At this juncture, a woman might experience an increase in the signs of reduced estrogen but she should have a decrease of perimenopause symptoms. That said, some women will experience symptoms like hot flushes for years or even the rest of their lives.

Most females begin to experience the symptoms of perimenopause in their mid-forties. Your progesterone levels decline from your mid-30s but it’s generally from around 40 that the rest of your sex hormones begin to follow suit.
