I can't live without my Meno Me!! I went without for a bit but really noticed a difference. It's a fab product.

I was having to cancel hair appointments as there was no hair growth when I came under stress. Since taking Lotsa Locks my hair now gets a regular cut and it is so exciting to see the growth. The other side benefit is my eyelashes have grown to a glorious length. Just love this product. It's saved my self esteem and allowed me to feel 'normal' again.

I have been taking these tablets the last couple of months and I must say....for me they are working, I feel calm as a cucumber I have no side effects which is great, the odd sleepless night but so far so good I'd happily buy another bottle when this runs out. Thank you 🙂

I’ve been taking Merry Peri for a few weeks now, and already I’m noticing some differences - Waking up 5 times a night to pee (I used to be a dead log the whole night through until peri) has reduced to twice, and some nights only once - enabling me more sleep overall. Sleep that also seems less disturbed as I’m no longer tossing and turning all night. Still drenched in sweat, but I’m hopeful that might change too! I feel ‘clearer’ mentally and able to focus on getting through my day better vs the awful drifting feeling I was experiencing prior to starting these supplements. Although I’ve only gone through one menstrual cycle so far so can’t say for certain - there was definitely less cramping than I’ve had to get used to, so that’s looking positive as well! I’m so grateful for the opportunity presented by Menome to feel more like myself again, and not having to feel like it’s all in my head. Just an amazing product.

I have taken this for a couple of months but not really sure it was having any effect....until I ran out.... suddenly, it's taking upwards of an hour to settle my restless legs and get to sleep, and then I'm awake at 3am!

So far so good. I switched to MenoMe having previously purchased from a certain Australian company and I was fed up with their inflated prices. So pleased to be supporting a Kiwi company and I am liking Perky Post - sleeping well, feeling calm, no dramatic mood swings & no hot flushes.

The products do the work, no hot flushes, mood swings and sleep is improved.
